Each Docker Street apartment includes 2 bedrooms (each furnished with a queen bed), one bathroom (inc. washing machine) and a full kitchen. 

The permitted occupancy of each apartment is by agreement between Management and the organisation arranging accommodation for their staff.

Check-in time is 2pm unless alternative arrangements have been made with the Property Manager. For very early arrivals, we suggest booking from the night before to secure an early check-in.

Accommodation keys will be available from a secure lockbox. Further details will be provided via email. 

Check-out time is 10am unless alternative arrangements have been made with the Property Manager. For very late check-outs , we suggest booking an additional night to guarantee availability.

Return room keys to the lock box where they were collected from (via the return slot). 

Please ensure all rubbish has been removed from the apartment, dishes are washed and dried, furniture is placed in its original position and any issues or breakages are reported to Management. We appreciate your cooperation.

A single onsite car space is available for each apartment. There is also ample free street parking near the property. 

Use the Council’s online ‘Check your bin day’ tool (click here) to find your next bin day. 

Make sure you add the full property address (ie. apartment number and street number) to receive the correct information.

Guests are able to request a one-off or routine service clean during their stay. Current pricing is available here.

Service cleans include:

  • Complete linen change of all used bedrooms
  • Floor and surface cleaning, including kitchen and bathroom.

Please note that a maximum of 1 hour is allocated for service cleans and that it may not be possible to clean all surfaces are floors if the apartment is excessively dirty.

Pets are not prohibited at our properties, unless by special negotiation.

If your pet is permitted to stay at one of our properties, the following conditions will apply:

  • An additional security deposit is required prior to the commencement of your stay (unless otherwise agreed) – the current fee is available here.
  • An additional departure cleaning charge will apply to all bookings and is payable prior at the commencement of your stay – the current fee is available here.
  • Guests are responsible for ensuring pets do not impact on the amenity of neighbouring properties (ie. barking, whining, roaming).
  • It is the responsibility of the guest to ensure that the backyard is kept as clean as practical for the amenity of our gardening and maintenance staff.
