Tailored Rates

We offer a range of rates depending on your length of stay. Rates are inclusive of all utilities (electricity, gas and water), unlimited wifi internet, and garden maintenance.

A minimum stay of 28 nights applies to all bookings. The below rates are quoted as at 1 January 2024. Rates are subject to a 5% increase* on 1 January and 1 July each year.

* Docker Street apartments have undergone significant updates since our acquisition in November 2023, and pricing will be brought into line with our Evans Street apartment in due course.

Doze in Wangaratta is your home away from home. We have put together some frequent questions we receive, but please contact us if you would like further information.
  1. Contact us to advise your preferred accommodation dates and we will determine if we can accommodate your booking. 
  2. If we are able to accommodate your request, we will quote a weekly rate based on your length of stay. 
  3. To confirm your booking, we will invoice you for a deposit equivalent to the cost of one nights’ stay. 
  4. Depending on your length of stay, we will issue an invoice for pre-payment of a security deposit and your first accommodation payment prior to check-in. 
  5. If we have agreed to allow you to keep a pet onsite, you will be charged a pet security deposit (refundable) and a pet cleaning fee (non-refundable).

Yes, it is possible to alter the length of your booking. However, given accommodation rates are based on the length of your stay, please note any changes may impact the rate applied to your booking.

Companion pets are allowable at Doze in Wangaratta strictly by negotiation. 

A pet security deposit (refundable) and pet cleaning fee (non-refundable) are payable at the commencement of your booking.

Yes, you are welcome to have visitors stay with you during your time at Doze in Wangaratta. However, we would ask that you respect the maximum occupancy of the units at all times. 

Further, we reserve the right to charge guests for excessive utility costs (ie. above what would be considered average use).
