Each additional permanent guest will incur a fortnightly fee of $50.40 per person ($3.60 per night); this will be directly invoiced to the AWH guest. We have defined ‘permanent guest’ as someone staying at least 7 nights per fortnight. If a permanent guest will be vacating the unit (but the AWH guest remains), we require 14 days’ notice so we can adjust our billing schedule.
